We will Discover the 10th Amendment

I am so please with the nomination of Judge Gorsuch to the Supreme Court that I can confidently make certain predictions about his future positions.
While these positions are predictable because of his strict adherence to the Constitution, they are unlikely to prevail until President Trump has the opportunity to nominate two more members of the Court.

My prediction is that the Court will discover the long ignored 10th Amendment, which is a simple, single sentence: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Simple, plain English. Even a Justice of the Court can understand.

So, there are two issues that liberals express great concern over that are paramount: Court rulings under conservatives on the subject of Same Sex Marriage and Trans Gender Rights, and one just under the radar, Roe v Wade.

If you read that short 10th Amendment again, you will see that none of the subjects are in the Constitution. Those subjects are, or at least should be, the purview of the states.

Previous Courts have imputed a “Right to Privacy” (not in the Constitution), and from that imputed a right to an abortion. A two bank shot, and an example of a tortured decision instead of straight English!
